It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Hart (Sewaren, New Jersey), born in Throop, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 10, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Rafalko and Julian Rafalko. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Hart; her daughters, Jennifer Kaminski (Eddie) of Woodbridge and Lauren Hejazi (Shaun) of Marlton; her brother Julian Rafalko (Noreen "Pat" Rafalko) of Fords; and her grandchildren, Kaden, Kaela, Jonathan and Stephanie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
