He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Vazquez and Dolores Vazquez (Queens). He is survived by: his husband Israel Aviles; his sons, Santiago and Josue Vazquez of Ecuador; his brother Alejandro (Beatriz Vazques); his nephew Henry Sanchez of Queens, NY.; and his sister Teresa Vazquez.
