He was predeceased by: his wife Charmay; and his brother Thaddeus Lazicki. He is survived by: his son Timothy Lazicki; his brother Christopher (Cynthia Lazicki); and his nieces and nephews, Valerie Wortman, Sophie Lazicki, Brian Wortman, Stephen Lazicki, Bianca Lichman and Brielle Lichman.
