He is survived by: his wife Tsundu Sangmo; his children, Chime Lhamu and Tsewang Namgyal; his daughter-in-law Venus Wu; his daughter Tsering Yangki; his son-in-law Tsering Thondup Yazertsang; and his grandchildren, Ngawang Tsetan, Yudon Yazertsang, Gyaltsen Yazertsang, Labdron Namgyal and Sangmo Namgyal.
