George Zydel Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Zydel of Secaucus, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on June 23, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Helen Zydel (Kozakiewicz); his daughter Kristine Zydel; and his sisters, Veronica Zydel and Stella Morisett.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Zydel (Elston); his children, Corrine Davidson (Marc) of Vernon, George Zydel, Jr. (Julie) of Marshfield, MA and Bruce Zydel of Locust, NJ; his grandchildren, Megan, Natalie, Sophia, Jake, Allysun and Grace Zydel; and his siblings, Irene Rubes and Edward Zydel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Vernon Fire Department.
