She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Koziatek and Stella Koziatek; and her siblings, Walter Koziatek (Buck), Stella Rutkowski (Feffie), Joseph Koziatek (Dudders) and Eleanor Weischadle.

She is survived by: her former husband Antonio Toto (Tony); her husband Tony Toto; her children, Teresa Toto-Moriarty of Madison, TJ Toto (Allison), Kaitlyn Keiper (Chris), Matthew Toto, Emma Witko (Paul), Rachel Teza (Gustavo), Karly Toto, Charlotte Moriarty, Katherine Toto, Thomas Diffendal (Kathleen Toto) of Seaside Park, NJ, Elizabeth Toto and Trevor Toto; and her great grandchildren, William, Mara, Amelia Rose and Taylor Hope.
