He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sister Michelle McEnroe; his nieces and nephews, Stacy McEnroe, Thomas McEnroe, Meghan, Adam Havriliak, Jennifer, Vincent Luizza, Kimberly and Alex Giacchino; his great-nephew Zachary McEnroe Lewis; his great-niece Nicolette Havriliak; and his friend Tom Highton.
