He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carafello and Irene Carafello (Solus). He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, Scott and Chris; and his brothers, Jack (Eileen) and Greg (Christine). He is also survived by cousins, brother and sister in laws and many cherished nieces, nephews and friends.
