He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa A. Walters; and his parents, Clifford Walters and Helen Walters. He is survived by: his children, Deborah McConnell (Jim) of Macungie, PA and Nicholas Walters of Seaside Heights, NJ; his granddaughter Shannon McConnell; and his sister Marie Wagner.
