He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl "Duke" and Elaine Swayze; his wife Denise Swayze; and his brother Donnie Swayze. He is survived by: his pet Jax; his brothers, Earl "Dutch" Swayze of Lavallette, NJ and Glenn Swayze of South Carolina; and his friends, Bob Geddress and Rob Lysak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family, relatives.
