He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Mayo and Sylvester Mayo. He is survived by: his wife Candice; his children, Carl Mayo Jr. and Kimberly Steinhauer; his daughter-in-law Amy O'Sullivan; his grandchildren, Jonathan and Jessica Steinhauer; and his siblings, Tony Mayo, Sylvester Mayo, Peter Mayo, Annette Pagano, Joanne Finochio and Camille Selmeyer.
