It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony S. Duszczak of Seaside Heights, New Jersey, born in Holmdel, New Jersey, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Duszczak and Joann Duszczak (Carbone). He is survived by: his fiancée Stephanie VanSickle of Seaside Heights; his aunts and uncles, Anita (Mark Alliston), Carmine (Yvette Carbone), Donna (Michael Bellis) and Tara (Steve Furman); and his cousins, Jessica Alliston Redmond, Gaetana "Tina" Carbone Nouri, Michelle Schreihofer and Carmine Carbone Jr..
