He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Manning; his daughter Linda Manning; and his siblings, Joseph, Mary and Eleanor.
He is survived by: his fiancée Anne Devitt; his children, Sharon Carpenter (Doug), Kelly Manning-McKay (Jeff), Maria Manning-Nevin (Dan) and Matthew Manning II (Allison); and his sister Carole Jackson. He is also survived by his 14 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild.
