He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Heilos and Alice Heilos; his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Heilos; his children, Norman R. Heilos and Ann Heilos Petro; and his sister Elaine Trocchio.
He is survived by: his son Keith Heilos (Karen); his children-in-law, George Petro (Laura) and Dr. Kathleen Strauss of Long Branch, NJ; his grandchildren, Brianna, Nicole Jones (Riley), Daniel, Scott, Christoper, Skylar and Jake; and his caregivers, J. C., Andrea and Celestine.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Norman's memory to the Sea Girt Fire Department or Spring Lake First Aid Squad or Manasquan First Aid Squad or Saint Mark's Church, Sea Girt.
