He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen O'Neil Sullivan; his parents, Eugene Sullivan and Margaret Sullivan; and his sister Maureen Sullivan Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Megan Sullivan of Sea Girt and Sean Sullivan of Brick; and his niece Tara Kelly (Tim Kelly) of San Diego, CA.
