He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Cusack and Laurette Cusack; and his sister Maureen Vigna. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Cusack; his children, Michael J. Cusack of Ipswich, MA, Marc Saeger of Lake Como, Gregg Saeger of Key Colony, FL, William Saeger of Las Vegas, NV and Laurie Herbst of Beachwood; and his sister Michele Conlin of Montclair. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren.
