He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ann Loosen and John Loosen; his brothers, Dennis and Ronnie; his wife Noreen Loosen; his children, Elizabeth, Sean and Katharine; and his grandchildren, Madison, Mikayla, Maren and Morgan.
