He was predeceased by: his former wife Helen Finnerty; his parents, James Revel and Lottie Revel; his granddaughter Carrie; and his sister Dolores Diab.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Fick; his children, James M. Jr., Ella, Dennis, Maryanne, Jerry, Patrick and Lisa; his stepchildren, Stephanie, Steve and Martin; his grandchildren, Katie, Jay, Jimmy III, Melissa, Matt, Kristen, Marc, Kendal, Chris, Justin, Julianna, Renee and Alexander; his great grandchildren, Declan, Shane and Nathan; and his sisters-in-law, Rosemary Finnerty and Patricia DeMild. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
