He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Brennan and Elizabeth Brennan Sr.; his wife Gail Brennan; and his son Edward "Teddy" Brennan. He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila Brennan-Capparis (Ellen Brennan-Krebs "Amy") of Sea Girt and Elizabeth (Michael Murphy) of Sea Girt; his grandchildren, Christopher, Caroline, Grace Capparis, Emma, Sophie, Elinor, Charlotte Krebs, Edward Brennan Moran, Michael James and Matthew Murphy; his brother-in-law Paul E. Gallagher of Sea Girt; and his cousin Mary Elizabeth Canty of Tybee Island, GA..
