He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Miller and Ann R. Twyman; his wife Diane Veronica Wille; his siblings, George and Joan; his grandson Jonathan Miller; and his children, Kirk Miller (Amy), Dr. Kevin Miller (Janet) and Kathleen Fazio (Ted Borowicki).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Dr. Chelsea Apanovitch (Austin), Dr. Courtney Wall (Andrew), Rachelle Borowicki, Melissa Borowicki, Matilda Fazio, Michael J. Fazio, Jr., Marina Fazio, David K. Miller III, Anthony Miller and Genevieve Miller; and his great grandchild Nathan Apanovitch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
