He was predeceased by: his wife Margaretta Ward Logel; and his sister Adele Desch of Brick, NJ.. He is survived by: his children, Mary L. Wheeler (Peter), Edward A. Logel Jr., Virginia L. Kelly (John), Sea Girt, Margaretta A. Pignataro (Robert) and Stuart. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
