He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kelly and Violet Kelly; and his child Kerrie Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kelly (Bright); his siblings, John Kelly (LeeEllen) and Sheila Dresser (Douglas); his children, Stephen Scott Kelly (Amy) of Sea Bright, NJ, Michael Kelly (Tara) and Christine Heidel (Brett) of Dunedin, FL; his grandchildren, Sara, Danny, Samantha, Patrick, Katelyn, Andrew, Grace, Michael and Amanda; and his pet Casey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
