He is survived by: his parent Hilda Matejczyk (Ellard); his brothers, Peter Matejczyk of Keyport and John Matejczyk of Sea Bright; his nieces, Kimberly Burdge of Locust and Kristina Brickle of Navesink; his nephew Nicholas Matejczyk of Howell; and also, Kathy Matejczyk of Keyport, Mark Burdge of Locust, Michael Brickle of Navesink and Heather Matejczyk of Howell. He is also survived by Nieces and one Great Nephew.
