She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Nevolis and Amelia Grzendzinski Nevolis; and her husband Joseph. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth (Sharon) and Kathleen DiRico (Salvatore); and her grandchildren, Dr. Christopher Lesniak (Carla) and Michelle Lesniak.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Violet's name may be made to Haven Hospice, 65 James Street, Edison, NJ 08818.
