He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mullen and Kathleen Mullen; and his son Jack. He is survived by: his son Tom; his grandchildren, Erin and Kelly; his son Kevin (Kathy); his wife Kathy; his daughters, Kerri and Kristine (Johnnie); his grandchildren, Blair and Morgan; and his sons, Pat, Brendan, Michael and Luke.
