He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Simone, Marie Elena Glynn (Timothy) and Regina Walsweer (late Jonathan); his grandchildren, Emily, Peter Glynn, William and Nicholas Walsweer; and his sisters, Anne Doyle and Mary Davis.

Contributions and donations may be made in Sam's memory to the American Cancer Society.
