She was predeceased by : her mother Irene Brenneman; and her sister Kathy. She is survived by : her husband John Bereznak; her daughters, Kate and Lisa; and her sisters, Joan Rosenthal and Diane Brenneman-DaSilva.

Visitation was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home (155 South Ave, Fanwood, NJ 07023). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary R. C. Church (1571 Martine Ave, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076).
