It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Elbert (Scotch Plains, New Jersey), who passed away on January 7, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Klemens Berger and Else Berger; her husband Paul; her children, Dr. Monika Elbert and Peter Elbert (Bernadette); her grandchildren, Jessica Elbert Decker and Jonathan Elbert; her great grandchildren, Jenna, Hannah and Emma; and her sisters, Gertrude Fritze and Helga Gilligan.
