She was predeceased by: her husband Robert J.; and her siblings, James, Joseph, Leonard, Catherine Melka, Helen White, Elizabeth Coyle and Rosemary Berger.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Zirpolo (Ray) and John F. Varley III (Lisa); her grandchildren, Katie Workman, Samantha Varley and Connor Varley; and her brother Robert Dolan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 6:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Bartholomew the Apostle Church (2032 Westfield Ave, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the St Gertrude Cemetery (53 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Memory of Margaret to : St. Joseph's Senior Home, 3 St. Joseph Terrace, Woodbridge NJ.
