Heron; his wife Mary; his children, Kevin (Va Nonda), Michael (Valerie), Jo Ann (David) and Shawn (Chris); his grandchildren, Christopher (Erika), Thomas (Chelsey), Lauren, Kyle (Sophia), Connor (Heather) and Steven; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Brysen, Emily and Gabriel.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Jerry's honor to Community Hospice at Baptist South Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.
