With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Denise E. Hazell (Scotch Plains, New Jersey), born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on January 22, 2023 at the age of 71. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carter and Mamie Louise Carter. She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Melvin Hazell, George Hazell, Greg Underdue, Terry Carter and Bertha Hazell; her husband Larry Hazell; her sons, Michael Hazell (Tanysha) and Matthew Hazell (Eve); her grandchildren, Keeshawn, Kayla, Kory and John; her siblings, John Marshall, Denis Carter (Barbara) and Debbie Underdue; and her siblings-in-law, Herman Hazell and Verna Hazell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and loving relatives and friends.
