Brooks; his brothers, Kenneth Kendall Brooks (Meshael) of Piscataway, NJ, Dr. Brian Scott Brooks of Gainesville, FL and Christopher Dion Brooks of Plainfield, NJ.; his spouse Shirley Ross Brooks; his stepchildren, Coleman Chancy Brooks II and Kara Marie Brooks; his grandson Carter Coleman Brooks; his aunts and uncles, Melinda Stradford (Hardin) of Union, NJ, Cassandra Terry of Union, NJ, Andrea Conde (Anselmo) of Clayton, NY, Patricia Brooks Brown of Hillside, NJ, Rueben Chambers of Richmond, VA, Faye Rascoe of Union, NJ. and Nellie Suggs; and his godmother Elaine Green. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
