She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray D'Amato and Rose Marie D'Amato; and her siblings, Candace and Ray. She is survived by: her sisters, Cheryl Engallena (John), Carol Taffaro (Robert) and Christine DiNizio (Nick); and her nieces and nephews, Michael, Allsion, Jean Claude Abdelmalek, Nicholas Jr., Candace and Rob.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Cindy to: MHS scholarship fund; the memo line to read " D'Amato Fund " and will be accepted at the funeral home.
