He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Foley and Ann Foley; and his siblings, Margaret Smith and Edward Foley. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathleen and Eileen Foley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home (15 Cherry Ln, Parlin, NJ 08859). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
