It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Mosulak of Sayreville, New Jersey, born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, who passed away on September 27, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mosulak and Ellen Mosulak; and his fiancée Stephanie Stephenson. He is survived by: his sisters, Ellen Rusnak Mosulak of South Amboy, NJ and Maria Garney; his brother-in-law Scott Garney; and his aunts and uncles, Judy Alfort, Doris Patterson, John Alfort and Bill Patterson. He is also survived by several cousins, extended family and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked donations to be made directly to Ellen Rusnak.
