He was predeceased by: his wife Ann "Dolly" Golembieski; his parents, Emil Golembieski and Frances Golembieski; and his brothers, Edward Golembieski and Walter Golembieski.

He is survived by: his sons, Allan Golembieski and Randy (Karen Golembieski); his grandchildren, Michael Golembieski (Jillian), David Golembieski (Annmarie), Matthew and Melissa; and his great grandchildren, Asher and Grayson Golembieski. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
