He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lyons and Florence Lyons; and his brother William Lyons. He is survived by: his children, Cassidy Lyons of Bradley Beach, NJ, Kieran Lyons of Manahawkin and Brody Lyons (Nikki Astegher) of Manahawkin; his sisters, Kathleen Stein (Chris) of Georgia, Susan Murphy (Michael) of Old Bridge and Mary Malkiewicz (Glen) of Florida; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Johnson Lyons of California. He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews.
