He is survived by: his wife Catherine (Kulik); his siblings, Michael (Natalie) and Mary Lee Garbowski (Robert); his brothers-in-law, Mike and Steve Kulik; and his friends, Rick Gaul and Sara Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins.
