He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Phyllis; his son Joshua; and his siblings, Sharon Mullins and Alan.
He is survived by: his children, Darryl, Rose Leonardo, Lymonte, Cassie Brown, Amanda and Dylan Simkins; his grandchildren, Aubrey Barkley and Micah Gurczeski; his siblings, Michael (Debbie), Paul and Janice Gurczeski; and his nephew Kevin Scarpa. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
