He was predeceased by: his significant other Karen Furrevig; his parents, Norman Furrevig and Margaret Furrevig; his brother Harold Furrevig; and his pets, Peyote, Thor and Bertha.
He is survived by: his daughter Jeanette Starrick; his granddaughter Abigayle; his siblings, Norman (Elizabeth Furrevig) and Joyce (Burt Kuthe); his sister-in-law Caroline Furrevig; his close friends, Bob and Sally Stevens; and his friend Larry Sava. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home (15 Cherry Ln, Parlin, NJ 08859).
In leu of flowers, donations can be made in Mark's name to Sammy's Hope Animal Welfare and Adoption Center in Sayreville, NJ (Sammy's Hope).
