She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Smith; and her brother Edward Foley. She is survived by: her children, Richard (Delia), Colleen (Robert Grobelny), Kathleen Smith (Joseph Arroyo) and Kenneth (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Ryan, Cara, Robert, Brandon, Tiffany and Evan; and her siblings, Thomas Foley, Kathleen Foley and Eileen Zacharczyk. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
