She was predeceased by: her husband James McArthur; her parents, Albert Oakes and Grace Oakes; and her sister Grace. She is survived by: her children, James, Donna McArthur, Bonnie Jean McArthur-Rapp, Randy and Pamela McArthur; her grandchildren, Dawn, Sean, Jennifer, James, Erin, Dana and Ryann; her great grandchildren, Morgan, Ashley, Lilyanne, Mackenzie, Killian and Rosie; and her siblings, Florence, Muriel, Tally and James. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to Covid-19 regulations, there is a limit of 100 guests allowed in the building at once and masks must be worn at all times.
