He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette; and his daughter Michelle. He is survived by: his daughters, Janise Nelson (Richard) and Denise Saric (Lazar); his grandchildren, Sean Nelson, Sofia Saric and Nikola Saric; and his sister Dorothy Gilde of Marlton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Karl's name be made to Rutgers University Foundation 303 George Street Suite 301, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 with the memo of the check reading School of Law Newark Scholarship Fund.
