He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Mulligan and Anna Mulligan; his wife Guiliana Mulligan; and his siblings, Francis Mulligan and Mary Ann Ferrara.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey (Jackie Mulligan) and Richard (Lori Mulligan); his grandchildren, Danielle (Rich Bakerowski), Daniel (Keven Larmond), Amanda (Casey Virgillo) and Katie Rose (Justin Keel); and his great grandchild Kaiden.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joseph's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
