He is survived by: his wife Mary Bialkowski (Forman) of Parlin; his sons, Gary of Spotswood and Kenneth of Parlin; his grandchildren, Kevin (Laurie O'Connell) of Avenel and Melissa; and his sisters, Loretta Facendo of Hazlet, Sylvia Devine of Whiting and Roberta (John Kolarick) of Marlton. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
