He was predeceased by: his father Michael K. Phelan. He is survived by: his mother Dianne Zientek Phelan of Parlin, NJ; his siblings, Michelle Keyso (James) of Hamilton, NJ and Michael C. Phelan (Pamela); and his nephews, Michael and Jack of La Quinta, CA. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
