He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Harper. He is survived by: his son Travis; his daughter-in-law Christine Harper; his fiancée JoAnne Egbert; his grandchildren, Arianna and Angelina Harper; and his nieces, Shannon Murphy and Jill Kirkwood. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
