He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Loughman and Ellen Loughman; his wife Catherine Loughman; his son James F. Loughman; and his siblings, Paul Loughman, Trudy Connor, Mary Twist and Joan Devlin.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Loughman, Kevin Loughman, Maureen "Moe" Loughman and Catherine Loughman; his granddaughters, Emily Skye and Sarah Faith; and his brother Edward Loughman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close family friends.
