Edwin J. Podbelski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edwin J. Podbelski of Sayreville, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 12, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores; his son-in-law Thomas Marcinczyk; and his siblings, Anna Hansen, Louis Podbelski, Stella Kukulski, Sophie Chevlier, Marion Bielski, Joseph Podbelski, John Podbelski and Raymond Podbelski.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Carrano-Smiley (Michael Smiley) and Jill Marcinczyk; his grandchildren, Jason Carrano (Kristen), Jessica Radich (Michael), Erica Marcinczyk and Scott Marcinczyk; and his great grandchildren, Kayla, Kyle Radich and Owen Marcinczyk.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Maliszewski Memorial (121 Main St, Sayreville, NJ 08872). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Stanislaus Kostka RC Church (225 MacArthur Ave, Sayreville, NJ 08872).
