He is survived by: his wife Carol Cholewa Zagata; his son Craig; his daughter-in-law Allison Zagata of Philadelphia, PA; his parents, Frank Zagata and Theresa Zagata of Sayreville; his brother Thomas; his sister-in-law Patricia Zagata of Sayreville; his sister Mary Laverne Cholewa; and his nephew Ronald Kuran (Lynn) of Jackson. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
